second momentt of area of a T shape?

Anyone know the formula to calculate the second moment of area for a T shape??

I've just written a excel spreadsheet for steel formwork stiffeners. It's a section properties sheet with up to 4 pieces (3 if you don't have a face plate). All the calculation steps are written out just as you would manually, but it's automatic.

I wanted to just give you the formula. But with section properties I would have to go into detail. This way is much easier.
