Of course, your psychological issues will have an effect on your family life. That's just natural. Hopefully your husband is understanding of what you are going through and that you and him work your hardest to resolve whatever the issue is. Many people who are mentally ill are not branded this way forever. With treatment and counselling, you should be able to return to some sort of work if and when you decide to do so. Good luck!

I wonder why you are not psychological fit to work? It sounds like you need to get back to you. And figure out how did you get to where u are now. As far as family; I would like that would be affected also. if you are concern about going back to work. Everyone needs their own money. And if there are children. How is this affecting them. I think whatever you do. Keep your faith. Don't expect to much too fast. Like I said get back to YOU.

What do you mean you are not psychologically fit to work?
For what I know if not mistaken in Japan, if you file yourself or your doctor file you as unfit for work, it will be hard for you to find work for the rest of your life you know....

Try.. part timing, I can help you see your own ability, email me if you like.
I used to work 5 days a week, but I get home so late and commuting is just so inconvinient so I asked my boss if I can work part time, so now I just work 3days, I get less money but it's OK.

A break from work at this point of time will certainly do you good.

Later, you may reconsider your decision if things do not turn out fine on account of your financial dependence.

In any case, you must discuss everything with your husband first, before taking any decision.

it does get harder with financial problems. You are used to living a certain way and that all changes. Keep it together because it cause a lot of arguing with us until we realized hey yeah it sux being broke, but we love eachother and you crawl before you walk.

There's no problem that can't be worked on or fixed.

Find a mental health clinic if you can't afford a visit to your regular MD. And keep yourself vital. The alternative is too scary.
