I lead and follow. I'm smart enough to know when someone else is better qualified to lead and strong enough to take charge when I'm needed. I function well in either role. My 23 years in the US Army taught me that.

Just follow is fine by me. In fact, I wish I knew a strong caring man who knew how to take the lead. (I know how to manipulate...)

most of the time i lead unless someone i am with has a goood idea. i'm not the kind of person that does something retarded just because someone else is doing it though.
