Buying it in bulk would give you the best price. Do some phone shopping and get prices from places that deliver. Or pick some up if you have a truck.Then get a big tarp so that it contains the mess. The bagged stuff is usually cheaper at box stores or grocery store, some hardware stores.

Bark is getting more expensive by the week now, your cheapest place would probably be your local sawmill where they will find it harder to get rid of as it is not graded. you could also try your local council.

it's probably going to be best purchased at Wal-Mart, Lowe's or Home Depot. Their buying power is tremendous and even with their markup, it's probably cheapest.

call the tree surgeons on your section. they might have quite some it and can supply super plenty for low value in comparison with bags from a backyard centre. terrific to apply some this is somewhat rotted down quite than clean.

Go to Lidl they have it on special offer this week and you definitely won't get it any cheaper anywhere and the quality is excellent, I just got some to-day
£1.99 for 40 liters but their offers only last for one week so be quick.

Check with your local landfill, or wasteyard. Sometimes you can get wood chip mulch for little to nothing.
