Assuming you mean queens regnant (ruling queens), there have been six.

Queen Mary
Queen Elizabeth
Queen Anne
Queen Victoria
Queen Elizabeth II

There was also Queen Mary II, who was co-regnant with her Husband William III.

Souses of Kings are also referred to as Queens, but are not Queens regnant.

The wife of a king of England is called a queen, but Mary I, was the first sovereign queen of England, to rule in her own right.

Counting only reigning queens (not queen consorts), there were:

Matilda: 1141
Mary I: 1553-58
Elizabeth I: 1558-1603
Mary II: 1689-94 (co-monarch with her husband, William III)
Anne: 1702-1714
Victoria: 1837-1901
Elizabeth II: 1952-present

Some also consider Lady Jane Grey to have been queen for 9 days in 1553.
