women often view cooking as a chore, a daily task that has to be done whereas men see it as a profession, and an art form, and they master it, this is true of some women too, but i have to agree that most of the best chefs ever have been men, and i'm an ex chef!!

Don't know. Probably because Men as a whole are more competitive than women. But Lest we forget a really awesome chef by the name of Cat Cora. Rachel Ray may be annoying but she is an awesome cook. Barefoot Contessa is another great Woman Cook. Just Watch Food Network.

Like most professions the male used to dominate, but it's not that way anymore, more cooking schools were built and there are lots of women now. What about Jilia Child?

because we woman want to stay out of the kitchen its there turn now.its only fair they want there ear pierced and dye there hair .so they can do the cooking now too.lol
