A WiFi card is for wireless connection. A network card is for wired connection.

They both do the same thing, connect you to a network.

As per my experience WiFi is slow compare to LAN.

A WiFi card will allow you to use a wireless connection. A network card requires a wired connection.

They both do the same thing, connect you to a network.
"Better" will depend on your setup and whether you can use a wireless (WiFi) card or need a wired connection.

Yeah it is same. But they do differently. The NIC is cable and fast but the wifi card is mobile and lacking the speed on the line.
