My wife and I were just talking about this last night. It seems like younger people today feel like the world owes them something. It is hard for me to understand where they get this from but you see it and hear it all over the place. Just the way a lot of kids act towards others is appalling to me. I mean I was rebellious, but I wasn't rude to those around me or my elders. It's like they feel they deserve to have certain things and don't see why they should have to work for them. At 16 most kids feel like it's their right to get a license and drive. It's actually a priveledge to drive but they act as if they should have a car and be on their own at 16...no questions asked. I guess the media and all the tv shows show all these kids with everything anyone could dream of and they think that's reality. It scares me to think what they'll be like in a few years. These are the future leaders of our country you know. What happened to working for what you want and having a sense of accomplishment and being proud of what you do?

yes some ppl think like that..thats why they turn out to be big losers in life.. or drug addicts..they give less to humanity and they expect to be rewarded...so when they fail they say life is stinks and they become more and more negative thinking..
in order for life to give u anything good..u must contribute positivity as a citizen to your country and the rest of society..
then u can sit back with a cup of coffee and say.."ok life, give me what u owe me.."

oh yes there are plenty of people who thinks the world owe.s them a living . the type of people are those who are healthy but won.t get of there butt and earn a decent day pay

My partners ex does. She thinks everyone else should bow down to her and pay her way when she has never worked a day in her life!
