I've never been in sauna and I don't know what I should dress there. Only towel, swimsuit or nothing? I really need help. Please, advise me. Thanx

just wrap a towel... and if you are bold enough nothing!

I live in japan...japanese people use to go at sauna...some people wears nothing when they inside of sauna...and some of them use only towel because they are shy.....now,its up to you if you wear a towel or can do all the way....:)

a swimsuit, and a towel around your waist!
at least then youl be safe until you see what eveyone else is wearing, and any sauna ive ever been in that what people wear!

Wear Light weight Cotton dress which absorbs heat.!

most people at the gym i go to wear a towel, covered all the way up or at the waist, or their panties! you could wear a swim suit or bikini. its up to what your comfortable with! then theres always nude!

well usually people just wear a bikini but u can wear anything lightweight
