As we have seen in the world cup and we have lots of past experiences also. cant we do somthing to over come such situation.

The only thing that separates world with underworld is the rules set up by the society. The only thing that connects the world with underworld is the hard currency , again 'floated' by the society. Individuals who choose to remain within the rules , being ready to pay the price, are within the world, and all others are treated as belonging to the underworld.
So, as long as money connects, there is no way we can avoid the impact of it on every field of human activity. Politics is the best catalyst. It did not spare sacred things like agriculture & Education, so sports is nothing at all !

Unless otherwise every human being become a real human being .
Man as a social animal , naturally have an instinct to get more and more - even it means destoying the other human beings .
So many spritual leaders tried and failed in their attempt to reform the society . Religions also failed .
The only solution is to wipe out the whole underworld at a time - I mean the thugs involved in the underworld . If it can be done then nobody will try to be in the underworld .

This underworld that you speak of controls the media in many places so everyone may not even have any idea what you are talking about.
