im around 6'2 and i hav a bed that is lik 6'3 because it has these 4 corners and its lika semi crib type design where the top ends have bars..will this constrain my growth?

nope, you aren't a shellfish.. lol. Honestly, your genes (not pants that is) control your growth. That and your pituitary gland.
So my answer is no. Although I never said anything about being uncomfortable!

How old are you and how much more do you expect to grow? No, your bed won't constrain your growth. If you start getting too tall, you can always lie in the fetal position with your knees doubled.

Upsize...before you grow any more...usually beds come in 6'4" for adults........(The current bed will not stunt your growth, however, your feet must get awfully cold at times)........
