I'm 6'1" 168 pounds with a 34 inch waist. What size dress should I wear ?

depending on whether you have come out or not, if not I would go on line and check with those folks that have trans gender clothing, but if you are out then I would go to a big and tall girl shop, just because you can usually try them on and see for yourself. Not everyone is built the same and sizes seem to differ also from one manufacturer to another. I will make a WAG and say that I think that you would be a 14 to a 16, you are slender and tall and with hose you would look quite fetching in a empire waisted dress.

Not 30-35, I am 6'5" about 240 and I am a 22-24. I would bet that you could get by in a 16 to maybe 18. You would want to get it hemmed.

I would say try on a size 30-35. The problem is your shoulder and back and that is because they are the widest point in a men body. check online there are stores that cater to crossdressers they can tell you what size you are.
