During our cyclonic season. I was told there is a storm belt or channel, that starts from Toowong and goes thru suburbs like...Clayfield, Nundah, Wavell Heights, Virginia, Geebung, Boondall I may have missed some suburbs. But these areas bear the brunt of most hail storms. True or False?

That has been true to a certain extent in the past, but the last couple of years I see it seems to have moved north and now suburbs like Redcliffe regularly get nailed. Also storms regularly travel through the wide bay area up north. The Gold Coast gets hit a lot as well, but here on the Redlands we rarely get touched.

Strange huh?
