I'm sure with her money, she has a personal trainer at her finger tips when ever she wants. A dietitian to make sure she only eats what's she "allowed" to stay thin, and then a chef to cook it. And I'm sure she's went under the knife a time or too.
Then there are the rumors out there - of eating problems.

She single handedly raises all those kids, runs around after them all the time, while David is off having a great time playing ball !!........(stress and pressures of being a single mum, I guess)................

i think that she does not eat, and make a lot gym like madonna but victoria looks awfull.

Are you referring to mean and emaciated? I would say she literally starves herself, and she looks terrible.
