subtract 11x from both sides

2x -1 -11x > 9 combine
-9x -1 > 9 add 1 to both
-9x -1+1 > 9 +1
-9x > 10 divide by -9 but REMEMBER
WHEN YOU DIVIDE BY NEGATIVE YOU REVERSE INEQUALITY
-9x / -9 < 10/ -9
x < -10/9

-1-9 > 11x-2x
-10 > 9x
