Hi, If you are going to Larnaca, it is not very big, especially where you check in, i always get a taxi to the airport and get there early usually the customer service desk tell you what number desk to check in at. The duty free has just been refurbished it is not massive but they have some great shops in there, the prices are similar to UK you can pick up some bargains. Paphos i believe is being refurbished they are supposedly building a new airport the French took over the running of both airports 2years ago. If you are going to Paphos and want further information my friend has just flown back in from there if you email me i will ask him for you. Enjoy your holidays, i will be in Cyprus in September.

The duty free in both airport are no more cheaper then local shops in the airport, Both Airports are small and only have 1 shop and a cafe in. They are improving though with the new airports that are being built

There are two international airports in Cyprus:
Larnaca(5km from the town of Larnaca) and Pafos( 15km from the town of Pafos)
There is only one departure terminal in both of them.
Both airports have duty free shops.Larnaca ones are much bigger.Have good choice of spirits,cigarettes and perfumeries.Standard European prices.Lot of changes and face-lifting in progress by new company (Hermes).

which one? The one in Larnaca is ok and it has duty free and stuff but its not as big as many english airports.

there are 2 aiports Larnaca and Paphos ,I can only tell you about Larnaca ,its not very big compared to Gatwich its about the size or a little bigger than Cardiff or Bristol .

it depends which one you are going to. Larnaca airport is not that big but its ok. paphos airport is smaller than larnaca.
whichever one you go to...CYPRUS ROCKS!!
