Yes Chris Masters has used steriods, in fact he was busted for using before the WWE had instituted the Wellness program. If you can recall approx a year and a half ago before Eddie passed, Chris Masters was off Raw and no where to be found, He tested positive for an illegal steriod and the WWE sent him back down to OVW. for close to 4 months. When He returned he was visibly much smaller, and less effective. The Current Chris Masters may not look different but if you compare the before and now look you too will notice the difference in body comparison

Ya. I'm pretty sure he is. He went from gigantic, to tiny, and back. I don't that's possible to do without steriods.

my sources have not had any news on masters but i don't think so when he took time of he was smaller when he came but now he looks the same except his shoulders are bigger
