Can I send picture from a phone to a laptop via InfraRed and how do I do it?

turn on the infra red on the phone, it should be on, on the laptop anyway point them at each other and the laptop should say found another computer, then send it from your phone

If Your laptop has an infrared port and your handset has an infrared port .. yes you can transfer..
first u should enter the PC suite so that the laptop could identify your handset.. after that you can establish a connection between them when you make synchronize or anything else..

Note: the distance between the laptop and the handset 30cm MAX.
