by june this year everyone selling a home has to fork out £400 to have an energy survey done (UK).my home is only six months old and everything about my home was included in the info when i bought it.do i still have to have a survey done,i know my home is 92% energy efficient.

As you will know this is all a money making racket, I would like to think you could make do with the survey you already have but I bet you will have to commission a new one, I hope not, if you do put it on the price of the house like everyone else, good luck.

If your site is still active, why not see if they have prepared surveys in anticipation of the new legislation, that way you could get a copy if the house type is the same or at least borrow one for a crib.
