Season 4 is not in stores yet for One Tree Hill. They are still airing the 4th Season on T.V. I'm not sure about the O.C. since I never got into that show. If you want to watch episodes for the seasons youtube.com might have them.

i downloaded the whole o.c. 4th season on emule, why don't you do the same? the season lasts for 16 episodes not 24.
and it is the end, so saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad!!!!

Where is your location? If you are searching for "fresh from the broadcast tv" complete season DVD's, then you must have a connection to video pirates, though this is way, way, ill-advised if your area/country has very strict anti-piracy program/laws.
