It could be gas, appendicitis (highly unlikely though), constipation or (if you are female) period cramps. Try eating something with more fibre and doing some crunches. That should help.

Have your bowel moved in the last 24 hours? If not drink a glass of prune juice, it does a great job to get your system moving again.

I spent 4 hours in a local testing center last month for ghastly abdominal pains. The Dr. gave me a 20 day sample of Acitech and I have recovered completely. The test showed nothing. I was certain I had gall stones.

If you are on any prescriptions they can cause major constipation. I hope something rings a bell here.
Good Luck.

If that isn't it you might have a hernia. If it is that low.

if i eat too much chocolate or chips i feel like someone is punching me repedidly in the lower abdomen and i get alot of saliva in my mouth and i have to keep swallowing. when i go to the loo (only way to get rid of it) its sloppy so my stomach doesnt cope well with this. and its only been the last 3 years that this has been happening. just remember, babys scream because of gas hurting so much and it is a painful thing!
