You can go to Lowe's for example and get a submersible pump for about $90 and just hook a hose to it and pump a LOT of water in a very short time. You can run the hose pretty much as far as you need to get the water away. They're very safe to use. Good luck.

I would rent a pump and hoses. Find a rental center in the phone book or a Home Depot. If this isn't a reoccuring situation, why buy the equipment?

well u can rent 1 at any hardware store but if u keep having this problem u can buy 1 for 50 bucks and every time it rains or water builds on the flower the bump will come on

a lot of volunteer fire departments will come and pump it out for nothing , give them a call...
