I know that in somecases you can use computer restor but it did not woork but it dose say that there issome thing in the recycel bin even though i dont see anything. also id i click cler bin it askes if i want to deledt the 2 files ( cant see em tho) just wonderin if there is a way or aprogram that i can use to gitem bak thx

Yes of course you can recover the lost data or any deleted data even if its deleted from the recycle bin. There are num of softwares available to recover the lost data but that also depends on the type of the data like a normal music file or a windows file. Yes, there are programs in the internet that help you recover lost files. I recommend File Recovery 4 (freeware) or Tune Up Utilities (Shareware - you have to pay for it but get to use it for thirty days). File Recovery 4 is located here: http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/filerecovery.html

Just be sure that the files you plan to restore are freshly deleted.

As long as you haven't emptied the Recycling bin then it can be restored.

No because when you delete a file it gos to the trashcan and you might uve empted it

go into the recycling bin wich should be on desktop and fin that item
