What were the changes done? (color, emblems, design........)

I am just guessing, but as far as I know, only the Chargers since 2002.
The Rams changed in 2000 to the new gold and blue from the yellow and blue.
The Patsies changed in 2000 to the navy blue and red flying elvis they currently use.
I take that back. As it turns out, in 2002, the Seahawks, Falcons, Bills & Texans all made changes to their look. In 2004, the Bengals and Lions made changes.
Of the changes above, only the Seahawks, Falcons, Bengals and Chargers are obvious at first glance.
Most of the changes were minor (Adding black to the emblem or more stripes (Bengals) or streamlining the design.

The 2 I know for sure are the Cowboys last year made their uniforms darker way darker blue and the Chargers just unveiled their new look for the 2007 - 2008 season they now have their name printed on the front of the jersey and the bolt now has a white backround on the blue jersey
but thats all i know for sure

the only two that i am aware of is the TITANS....and the cowboys............
