My husband goes out on an a ice fishing trip each year and I make all the guys T-Shirts or Hats to Commemorate it. I simply use the Avery T-Shirt Transfer Sheets you can buy at Walmart or Target in the computer paper supply area. They are very simple to use and you make the transfer up right on your computer. This way you can add pictures or graphics or anything else. They last a long time too. The paper is cheap considering how much you can do with it.

If you have a scanner for your computer you can buy t-shirt transfer software and create an iron patch which then you can iron on your own t-shirts.

Well if you have a computer printer you can get the iron on sheets.

The real thing involves silk screening materials and inks, very messey, somwhhat expensive.
