Never "Manage" stress! thats a term used by experts that don't have an answer. Get another job if you don't like the money or, better yet, Tell people to mind their own business and not worry about what the other guy is making. Unless they pay my bills they shouldn't concern themselves what I make or what I do with it. Thats the answer I always give.
However, you must remember when you go into an interview, everyone cuts their own deal. Someone may have said they are looking for $10.00 per hour then the next guy comes in and says he wants at least $8.00 per hour - Guess what? The Employer is going to pay that 8 bucks. In the mean time the other guy got his 10 bucks doing the same job. Don't blame that other guy because he cut himself a better deal - its a free market.

Quit and start your own business. Working for someone else is the pitts. Why put up with it? When you work for yourself you will enjoy life more.
