Ok,I know that here on earth there are a couple of seas too :-)
and most likely there's an ocean under the ices of Europa..

But except from that, are the seas found on Titan recently the only ones on our solar system?
Otherwise, are these the only ones observed?
Also, what exactly is the material of those seas?

so far as we have observed the seas of titan are the only other liquid oceans we know o that are not under frozen ice.

This is what the BBC says
The Cassini spacecraft has discovered possible evidence for lakes filled with liquid hydrocarbons around the north pole of Saturn's moon Titan.

If confirmed, Titan would become the only planetary body other than Earth known to host lakes.

Europa is believed to have liquid water under the ice. Callisto (another of jupiters moons) is also believed to possibly hold liquid oceans under ice. There is some thought a moon of Saturn (Enceladus) may also have liquid oceans under ice. At some point in time in the past Mars had a liquid oceans. But water there is currenlty under the ice at the polar caps.

the current belief as of march 16, 2007 is the liquids are probably a combination of methane and ethane, given the conditions on Titan and the abundance of methane and ethane gases and clouds in Titan's atmosphere.

From some measurements of released gases, it's believed that Enceladus which is a moon of Saturn may have water below the surface also.

METHANE IS PRESENT IN LIQUID FORM IN THE SEAS OF TITAN B CUZ TITAN IS SO FAR AWAY FROM THE SUN IT RECEIVES NEGLIGIBLE AMOUNT OF SOLAR ENERGY THEREFORE THE TEMP IS LESSER THAN METHANE BOILING POINTAND IT IS THE ONLY SEA OTHER THAN SEAS IN EARTH.
