Who cares? An unerect penis is only useful for urination. It only has to be 1/4" long to handle that chore efficiently. Height and weight have little effect on penis size. Penis size is genetic.

The penis is one of the few body parts that does NOT grow in proportion to a man's height and weight and no, a man's shoe size or size of his hands does not indicate the size of his penis.
The size of an unerect/flaccid penis varies very much from male to male and the size of the soft penis isn't important. The penis is designed for one purpose only - for sexual intercourse. As long as your erect penis is long enough for sexual intercourse - all is well.

the size of unerect penis is 3 to 4 cms.it also related to your weight but not your height.

It depends on your age & development, some boys are growers others are showers, in other words in showers the penis does not get much bigger when its stiff.
Most boys are growers thankfully, im 14, I asked a similar question, because my thing is only 5cm soft but he grows to 14cm hard, almost 3 times as big. Now im not realy worried about that anymore.
Yes & I know that it grows with you but it will grow more 13 > 17 then that should be its final size.

There is cases of men who have unerect penises of 2cm which when aggravated turn into beasts from 10 - 20cm long. However, flacid 10cm penises have been known to erect themselves with no extension in length. I suggest you read a lot more Cleo as this has provided me with a wealth of knowledge.
