i heard there was one, ive searched and i cant find the news anywhere.lol.
it wasnt a tsnumi it was just an overflow of some sort i think

It was not a tsnumi as per say. Something to do with the moon been the closest to the earth that its been in 20 years and bad storms over the Indian ocean brought in rather big waves that destroyed roads and houses and shops on the sea front, they reason about half a billion rand worth of damage was done along the coast.

hey..I'm Noman,,i stay in south Africa just on the south coast,,there was no tsunami its was just that the sea went wild and rough so the water came out on the beach front and destroyed some buildings worth 500 million Rands,,it was debonair and wimpy that got washed away and 1 person died and 20 were injured...
