There are two pitchers that have thrown a perfect game and then thew a regular no-hit game. They were Cy Young and Sandy Koufax. That is as close as it gets.

No one in the modern era has pitched more than 1 true perfect game. Two pitchers have pitched a combination of 1 true perfect game + 1 hidden perfect game. See

Nope. Several pitchers have thrown multiple no-hitters, but nobody has ever thrown more than one perfect game.

no , and probably never will , there was two consecutive no-hitters thrown in 1938 by john vander meer 4 days apart , but that will never happen again either
