When I was taking French classes in high school, I ran across a quote (I can't remember who was quoted) it was something like "Qui plus sait, plus se tait". Loosely translated "The more a man knows, the less he speaks". Thus, the cure is to learn more.

The cure might be realizing that one's words might not be necessary by seeing them from a different point of view...such as that you capitalized those words to try and give them more strength. There really isn't much that actually needs to be said at all. The cure comes from quietening our minds.
