it goes into queue and that is it. nothing.and it takes forever to delete.works fine with the other laptop.but of corse this is the one i take in the truck with the printer.

it was working fine i printed out 2 copies wanted 3 more but it has not worked on this laptop since. i had to finish every thing with my kids laptop.scary whats in that one.

Try uninsalling it and reinstall it see if that works

I suggest you log on to your printers Manufacturers web page, choose your model # and select the help page. The answer is in there trust me, you just have to look for it, and do a proccess of elimanation to solve your issue.

Checkout the proper installation of your printer driver.
Try reinstalling the printer and see

try looking for the printer icon on the taskbar and click it. it will display the status of the printer in use. under the document name column, look for the document you trying to print then right click it & choose restart. that's what i usually do.

Uninstall and reinstall the driver. This is probably the first thing you should try.
