A lady is ALWAYS satisfied with her hair...in between finishing at the hairdresser and washing it that is! :P
Actually...I shaved mine for cancer research last year! I loved it up until it started getting to the point where I had to use product to style it! I wanna shave it again...but for now I have it in a cute easy to manage style and am satisfied with it 99% of the time! :)

is it vain to say yes, absolutely, pretty much every day?
i have not been unhappy with my hair since childhood, when i had no choice over my hairstyle.
also, i know plenty of girls who are also happy with their hair, though everyone sometimes gets bored with the style and colour.
