I just bought a new car(about 7 months ago) with new tire's(Goodyear) and there is a bubble in it..I am not a person to hit a pothole or a curb or speed,,,,the car company said I should contact goodyear themselves but I dont now where to begain...was there a recall on Goodyear tires??

Not to my knowledge. Occasionally there can be a defective tire sent out. You need to go to a shop that sells tires have them remove the tire from the rim and inspect the inside. Normally if it is impact damage it will appear as a small tear on the inside. If it is a defect then it may not be visible or a small pinhole. Either way you need to get off that tire. It is unsafe. I would suggest you go to a tire dealer that is a Goodyear dealer. That way if it is a defect then you should be able to get a new tire very quickly. T find one near you just go to the Goodyear website.

If the damage is in the sidewall you may be able to recoup
some depending upon tread wear.you can check this web link to

if the bubble is on the sidewall eather take back were you bought it or take the tire off before it blows ...the bubble on the sidewall is where the tire meets together and its defective
