Everyone has the right to have a bad day. He may not even have been upset with you, you were just in the vicinity. Or, maybe he was upset with you for something you did. Either way, get over it. One time of having an attitude does not warrant you resorting to violence. I bet the guy is fine today. If not, ask him, "What's up?" Maybe you should try being a friend instead of getting your feathers ruffled so easily.
