I am French and I have been living in the UK for 5 years. How can I vote for the next elections in France?

I'm not sure you would be allowed to however you are a french citizen (you did live there after all) try the Internet you may be able to vote there but you might have to register first.
you could always try visiting a family member over in france and then go vote.

It would seem, with some respect to your question, that you will need to return to the country of your origin to place a vote there. Perhaps not. You might write a letter to the French Consulate, probably in Washington, DC, for further guidance.

you'll definately be elagable to vote in the uk elections, i know if your from the uk and you live overseas you can vote by proxy(by mail) from wherever you are. i dont know if its the same in france tho i would think with the whole eu thing the laws would be much the same

Does French law allow you to vote if you reside abroad? British law allows UK nationals to vote if they live overseas, we can register in the constituency we used to live in.

Salut, il faut que tu fasses faire une procuration auprès d'un membre de ta famille. Mais je crains que ce ne soit trop tard.
De toute façon, si tu n'es pas inscrite sur les listes électorales, c'est trop tard. Il fallait le faire avant le 31/12/06.

You can't if your not a living in france,i think you woud need to be on the register,and if you don't live there your not entitled.

contact your embassy, my husband is italian living in ireland and he gets to vote through the post.
