I had my keypad changed on my laptop yesterday. When I turn on the computer and it boots up -- I get this error. Quote: "You do not have permission to change CATALYST Control Center settings. Please contact your administrator for future help".

Who would this "administrator" be? Me ... Tech Support.. My computer repair guy-- who?

Also ... my wireless adapater has been lost. When looking the the Network Connections ...there isn't anything there. That panel is empty.

Mind ... I had wireless before I took the laptop in for repair!

I just need to know who to call for support ...or should I take my laptop back to the shop and ask them why this is happening?

Thanks!

If it all worked before you took it to the shop, then you must take it back.

Since you could previously change the Control Center properties, but you can't now your account has been changed to a limited account most likely.

Don't know about the wireless though. Take it back.
