I'm going to breed my 2 angelfish. Should I add amquel to the water first? I will be adding methelyne blue when I remove the adults after the spawning. Will this chemical combination hurt the eggs? Thanks for any help! Is there 2 products I can use together safely?

Amquel is fine for getting water dechlorinated and ready to use immediately. I have a preference for API's Stress Coat, which is similar. If you choose to age the water naturally, 24 hours is usually sufficient, maybe 36. Then you don't need Amquel or something similar.
You don't have to remove adult angelfish after spawning. They don't eat the eggs. They actually raise their fry rather than eat them.
You're adding methelyne blue to prevent fungus? Personally, I wouldn't use it unless I was treating fungus.
You can use the products safely together, I just fail to see the reason why.

Have your angles paired off or are you thinking they will? Not all male and female angles will breed with each other. Also, if you are moving them to a new tank, if they were paired chances are the bond between them will be broken when you move them.

Adding Amquel to the water or any other dechlor/conditioneris always a good idea and your water does not have to sit for any amount of time. Methelyne blue is not needed (are you using this because someone told you teh eggs need it? It is used by novice breeders to darken the tank since the eggs are light sensative). Eventhough the eggs are light sensative, just keep the lights out in the tank. Methel won't hurt the fish, but adding chemicals for no reason is never a good idea. Just leave the lights out.

If you are moving your pair to a new tank that tank should already be up and running and cycled. As I mentioned moving your angles to a new tank will break any bond between them and they will not pair up again to breed. Why are you moving the parents from the tank? Unless you have a bubble stone or some kind of fanning device, leave the parents in the tank. They will fan the eggs on their own.
