i had the same issue and was concerned it was my blood pressure, but my midwife said it was from blood volume changes. i had it for about a month. it got so bad, i felt like fainting frequently and had to make sure i got up slowly. (sometimes i had to sit or even lay back down several times before successfully standing. no putting the head between the knees, huh;)
muscle stretching and pressure on internal organs also cause belly pains which are most common during this period of time. check with your ob/gyn or midwife to confirm.
it may be of no comfort to hear, but more likely than not, "this too shall pass".
Congrats and Best Wishes!

Impossible to diagnose properly over the internet, so its wise to get checked out asap. But I had similar symptoms (especially pain across the top of my belly, almost into my ribs) and it turned out I had pre-eclampsia. All was well in the end, have a gorgeous boy now, but I was really closely monitored for the last weeks of my pregnancy because it can be nasty. Hope all goes well.

I'm 13 week pregnant and I have been feeling like that to my Doctor told me the pain in my belly is normal its where your uterus is getting in place and your skin is stretching but I haven't told her about my head aches yet. But I suggest that you go see your Doctor. Good luck and best wishes.

You should definitely get medical advice, you should never take any chances when you are pregnant. If it is something you are very worried about then phone the Dr. I had severe headaches with my second pregnancy and the Dr told me it was stress related as I was very worried about things at that time. To be on the safe side get it checked.

go see a doctor today. Questions like that should not be asked on this type of forum. Its too serious an issue.

call your midwife or ob/gyn doc and keep us posted please!
it could be minor, but peace of mind in knowing is Major for you and your little one.
floating in a tub of warm water will also bring down your blood pressure. my midwife recommended it to me, see what yours says.
take care. best wishes to you and your family -both old and new.
