I have a book by Leon Uris called Trinity. It had 2 first editions...a cloth one and a leather one. But how can I tell for sure if the book is the leather bound one? It doesnt look same as older cloth book. But how can I find out?

Hi!as far as l know a good way to distinguish genuine leather from fake leather (on leather jackets for example)is to put a lighter close to them.if they set on fire, they're fake.genuine leather does not burn.but l'm not sure if it is a good way to tell leather from cotton (on your case)
