let's assume that there is a person delegated by a Contractor to supervise all the works being carried out... My task is to put into an agreement (a sort of a weird homework ;) a sentence (a provision) that the person who supervises on behalf of the Contractor will be: name and surname...

How should I do this? Maybe in this way?

"The Contractor's supervisory person shall be"

or

"The supervisory person of the Contractor shall be..."

please help :)

and thanks a lot for the previous answers :) They were very helpful!

It is understood and agreed that the project superintendant being appointed for this project by the contractor is John Doe. He shall serve in this capacity until such time as written notice that his service is no longer required is conveyed in writing to all parties to this agreement.
