1. it's too cold outside for a walk
2. I still have time to exercice before summer starts
3. if I get off the internet I will lose my connection

The best excuse I've told myself was that I am exercising when I'm on here - I just happen to be exercising my mind.

I exercise every early morning and I do spend lots of time here.
Another excuse I have told myself that I am too young to quit smoking.......for 25 years I have been saying this to myself.

Ahh, well i dont have extra weight, 7amdella, but i wanna do excersice, so i registerd for the gym, 100 USD/Month (OUCH) so i say i will say, im going to the gym khalas walaw, no problem ya ghenno, wo i will not go to the gym,
then the next day i will say, khalas ghina, walla today you will go to the gym, and at the end of the working day, ill call my husband ,
Me: hi hayate, i still didnt eat, wanna go and have lunch, then he will yes,
Him: yes bibi lets go,
then after lunch we will have argileh, then khalas i will be sooo sleepy that i cant go to the gym, so i go home and sleep TABB)
