What kind of restrictions are we talking about? Children should not be allowed to drink or smoke, in my opinion, until 21. Sex and marriage should come AFTER 18. Anyone under 12 should be accompanied by an adult, EVERYWHERE. And the minimum age to drop out of school should be graduated, or else possible fines, loss of custody, and/or imprisonment, for the parents/gaurdians.
