Who do you think is responsible for Anna Nicole Smith's Death?

There have been many speculations have been made so far:
1. Howard K. Stern was the only other person in ther room, besides Anna, when Daniel died, he was around Anna when she passed. He has testified that he picked up perscription drugs for her in an alias name, he video recorded her all make-uped like a clown, obviously "not all there", and commented that that would me worth a lot of money...... Then there is another speculation.....
2. Anna just wanted to end her life because she was upset with the lose of her son...Daniel.
There are a few things that might point to suicide...you decide.
* She was greeving the lose of son... she was quoted saying that "she died when Daniel died".
* She loved Maryln Monroe and speculations are that Anna died of toxic doses of chloral hydrate which is what people used back in the day instead of the deadly drug " GHB".... Marylin Monroe died of an over dose of "chloral hydrates"...

Hello, I think its has too do with a lot of situations & yes Howard K. Stern is one of them he was an enabler for drugs her sons death is another & the baby she just had with her hormones in disarray badly. But I do think that the nurse she had at the hotel the body guard & of course howard K. Stern if they really cared for her & loved her as much as they said they would have gotten help for her yes she wouldn't go to the hospital but tell me what docotr would not have came to the hotel for her ? I beleive it was an overdose possiably & if it is true about th dirty needle that was injected in her left buttocks then some one or several people or too blame in my opinion but maybe the truth will be finally known one day & she can rest in peace & her daughter will be with her father right where shes needs too be now & I do not beleive that Howard K. Stern is the father at all . You know is was also stated that in her tissue they found methdone their also . I'm really upset that people are making money of her death like her diaries that sold on ebay for alot of money pictures of her the baby you name it its just sad very very sad . In my opinion the baby should be the focus on everyone mind & whos & whats the best for her not the money .

I believe she died of an accidental overdose. They claim she had a temperature of 105, and of course she was in a deep depression due to daniels death, and just having a baby plays havoc on your hormones, plus she was addicted to medications that numbed her. I think she took to many without really realizing that she had. The people around her share a responsibility in her death in the fact that she mis used her medication and overused it. It was clear many times in the media that she was on way to much of whatever she was taking. It has been stated that she would cut off ties with people who voiced their opinion on her addiction, such as her mother and Larry. Howard Stern loved her I believe, but I think he was in love with the money, the media attention and the perks of knowing her, more then he loved her as a person or he would of gotten her some proffessional help. I think we will all soon know that Larry is the father of daniellynn, and that anna died of overdose. I for one was not surprised she had died, what surprised me is that she lived that long after losing daniel. The court battles she was facing from trim spa, and larry, plus the battle for her deceased husbands millions took a toll on her. False friends who turned on her left her feeling lonely and used and feeling as if nobody truly loved her for her except for daniel and he was gone. I regret that she is gone, but am thankfull that she no longer has to suffer the harshness of the cruel world that she was living in.
