hopefully u r using proxy server. then go for little tool like Sygate Personal firewall. Block all traffic except the one u decide to allow by adding rule.

Actually there are several routers that have this ability built into them. Netgear, dlink etc. You just need one with a firewall and parental controls built into the system. You then put your list of allowed sites into the table and you have now limited your network. Then just use a really good password on the router.

you have to do some setup configuration on your computer server. to do that, do a google search about the type of server you are using. (e.g. Windows Server 2003)
