Practice your presentation,the better you know it, the less stressed you'll feel. Practice infront of a few people that you don't know too well.

Also take every opportunity to make a presentation to practice and improve your skills.

alcohol or benzodiazepines aka anti-anxiety medication aka tranquilizers...i'm serious and i'd love to know who has a better solution...that actually works, that is!!!
