This one is easy!
Think Beyonce in Austin Powers. Loads of blue eyeshadow, black mascara to top and bottom lashes, preferably with fake lashes if you can manage it. Clear lip gloss with some sparkle in it, blush applied in either a baby pink or more orange colour, but only to the apples of your cheeks.
Finish it off with a little heart drawn on your cheekbone. Just under the outer corner of one of your eyes.

blue or green eyeshadow, mascara same color as eyeshadow. light colored frosted lipstick . Lots of glitter on the eyes, body. Wear hair parted down the middle. curl the ends under

Use blue or green shimmering eyeshadow,heavy liquid eyeliner,wear false eyelashes,rouge for blush-on and reddish lipstick...Your hairstyle should be hair up or bold curly hair...

lots of dramatic stuff, like bright green eyeliner and stuff. Wear lots of glitter etc.
If you still can't decide what to wear then the film 'Velvet Goldmine' is set in the 70s and you could get ideas from there

lots of bright colours like electric blues and greens. Urban Decay makeup is fab for this and their heavy metal glitter eyeliners are great for going out too

YOU SHOULD WARE A BELLBOTS AND A 70'S JACKET WITH A NICE TOP OR YOU CAN WARE A RED DRESS WITH RED HIGH HEELS. YOU R GONNA LOOK BETTER IF YOU PAM YOUR HAIR AND SOME CURLY HAIR AND IF YOU WARE THE RED DRESS THEN MAKE YOUR HAIR FROM SIDE AND OVER EAR BUT ONE SHOULD BE CLOSE TO YOUR EYEBROWS APLLY RED OR BOWN LEAP COLOR AND SPARKELY EYE SHADOWS APLLY PINKISH BLOSS ON THATS ALL I GUESS THIS IS GONNA WORK OUT.
