I just got done with shoulder sugurey and was wonderin wat a good workout would be for me to play football next year

Bench Press for one, work with your trainer on the team and your lifting coach. Depends on what position you play if qb then just get out there and keep throwing the ball more and more each day to make sure it is in playing condition.
