President Ferdinand Marcos was the best President. During his time, the Philippine economy was its best and the peso-dollar exchange rate was tolerable.

For me the late pres. F.E. Marcos, coz during his time the phils. is very progressive but after him the phils. economy is very poor. Yah, we all know that there is always corruption, but do you think he is the only one? Think about it?
He is still the best.
