cutting down the eating profile. I know starving can do the trick but it may be harmful in the long run - suggest

Make sure you eat right and excerise. Make sure that you are not eating all the greasy food and i think you will be okay. The less fat content you are eating the less you will gain! Good luck!

Just eat the right amount and the right type of food for your body type and exhert as much energy as you consume!
No rocket science involved.
